How to find the brand, model, and serial #:
BRAND NAME
Lift up the key cover, middle of the underside, right above the center of the keys.
MODEL & SERIAL #
GRAND - Lift up the top lid, slide out the stand where you put music books. Stamped into, or in black letters/numbers on the gold steel plate, near the end of the strings, on the right side, or middle.
UPRIGHT - Lift up the top lid. Stamped into, or labeled in black letters/numbers on the gold steel plate, upper right side, or middle, or labeled on inside wall or back side.
